These terms govern your use of contractorconquer.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

Free accounts give you access to free practice tests, saved results and limited study tools. You're responsible for keeping your login secure; you can add a password from your dashboard at any time.

Paid access

Paid plans are one-time purchases that give you personal, non-transferable access for the period shown at checkout (6 months for Single Exam, 12 months for All-Access). Video lessons are added as they are released; they are not guaranteed for any particular exam by a particular date. Sharing accounts or redistributing content is not allowed.

7-day refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason.

Pass Guarantee

If you meet all of these conditions and don't pass, we refund 100% of the purchase price: readiness Score of 80 or higher on the exam you sit (shown on your dashboard); answered at least 80% of that exam's question bank; completed at least 2 full timed simulations; took the official exam while your access was active; email your official score report within 30 days of your exam date. Requirements are measured by your dashboard data for the exam you sat. One refund per customer; the refund ends your access.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with any licensing board or testing company. Our questions are original practice material, not actual exam questions. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee a license. Licensing requirements are set by each state and can change. Always confirm with your board.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep content accurate. If you find an error, email support@contractorconquer.com and we'll fix it.

Credits and licences

Some photographs on this site come from Pexels and are used under the Pexels License. The home page layout is adapted from the Landwind landing page template by Themesberg, which is released under the MIT License. Screenshots of the study dashboard show sample student data, not a real customer's results.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
